The Design Process
The design process in a true partnership between you and myself. I spend the time needed assessing what your strengths as a realtor are and exploring ways in which to best present you to your future clients. My philosophy on web design is that success is driven by the quality of the web site design. I tailor and tweak and explore various options until I find one that seems to fit. The design draft is then presented to you and we will discuss options for adjustments. Changes are made and once the draft is finally approved by you, I build the entire site out, make final modifications, and launch the web site to the Internet market. But the work does not end there. I make sure your web site thrives by actively marketing and updating your site.

The entire process follows a simple process, outlined below:

• Initial conversation (I call this Discovery) 45 minutes to 1 hour
• Proposal presented, modified as required and accepted
• Deposit and materials as required received
• Design draft presented, modified as required and accepted
• Site development commencing
• Input from client and minor modifications as required
• Site completed
• Marketing of web site begins
• Site updated, as required
